Ingredients: Bacardi Carta Blanca, Mango Pure, Pink Guava Puree, Coconut Cream and Fresh Pomelo

YeungJiGamLou is a Hong Kong style cocktail. This cocktail was inspired by traditional local dessert by using different cocktail techniques, allowing our guests to taste familiar flavours and try the “Yeung Ji Gam Lou” in a special way.
