items by using sustainable seafood and free range meats, allowing gourmands to indulge in
a responsible and delectable gastronomic journey.
The new a-la-carte menu features an array of new exciting flavours from light bites,
appetisers, cold cut and cheeses, to indulgent seafood, main courses and delicate desserts.
Specially used a vast selection of traceable and sustainable seafood such as locally-sourced
littleneck clams, New Caledonia prawns and Greenland Halibut, as well as free range meats
namely grass-fed vintage beef striploin and organic chicken breast, to reflect the responsible
dining concept through sourcing the finest ingredients and providing an indulgent culinary
experience to the guests.
