Sam Fancy is an American Chinese speakeasy, cocktail lounge, and terrace focused on the experiences and flavors of Chinatown. On the 4th floor is The Merchant, our classic Chinatown cocktail bar. Below the Merchant is Association, our cocktail lounge, with a whimsical cocktail menu of Tiki and Chinatown inspired cocktails.

The former Bar Director of Westside Hospitality ( The Wilshire, 11 Westside, OBP, Westside Taqueria ), Jonathan Ching was also a founding team member and bar manager for The Wilshire, the classic & modern classic focused speakeasy behind 11 Westside. Jonathan represented Hong Kong twice in international cocktail competitions; first as the Hong Kong Champion for the Giffard West Cup in 2017, and next as the Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan Champion of Bacardi Legacy 2020.
